At Sweet Oaks, we require the puppy/dog be returned to us - at any age - if you are unable to care for the dog. Our goal here is to keep any Sweet Oaks dog from being in a shelter, rescue or anywhere he/she is not wanted. We will work with you if you have the perfect home. We want to know if the dog has been re-homed so the new owner knows we will always take them back and re-home if needed - at any age. We lovingly accept returns on surrender basis at no charge, owner will be responsible for any cost of transporting back to our kennel. Also, we may have people who are looking for a dog and will cover the transportation cost for you. Do you agree to notify Sweet Oaks Retrievers first if you can no longer keep your dog? *
